Do an at home workout when you need a study break to clear your mind.
On your lunch breaks try to go on a walk around the area.
Sleep and rest is essential. Do some quick sit-ups or push-ups every morning when you wake up.
Doing housework is a great way to get moving. Put some music on and keep working.
"By the time I have some time to spare, it is late and I'm too tired to do anything"
"It is already hard enough to make time to spend with friends, working out will just have to wait"
You do not have to sacrifice time with friends, family, and significant others. Participate in activities together that get you moving, like hiking, basketball, taking a stroll in the park, etc.
