Plan

One of the main reasons adults do not meet recommended physical activity levels is because they do not have time. Although people may live busy lives, adding physical activity into their daily lives is not impossible with some planning and time management.

Creating a calendar or adding your workout to your planner may help you avoid the excuse of, "I don't have time!" It would already be worked into your schedule.

  • Be consistent

  • Try new things

  • Challenge yourself appropriately

  • Do what you enjoy
